Has your family dreamed of doing a heritage trip but are overwhelmed with where to start? How about a destination bachelorette party? This package includes the custom itinerary build but instead of sending you on your way, we come with! This way your group can focus on having fun, staying in the moment, while Newberry Travel can ensure your transportation runs smoothly and all dinner reservations are secured.

First, we need to get in touch! The “Let’s Plan It!” button to the left will notify Newberry Travel that you are interested in planning a trip together.

Once you notify Newberry Travel, we will send you a Custom Trip Intake Form. Based on your answers, if we agree this is a great fit for Newberry Travel we’ll respond with a “heck yeah!” as well as an invoice. To start work it is a $400 deposit. This covers the itinerary build fee.

This package comes with 3 rounds of edits, but we’re reasonable and want you to be so incredibly happy that we will make sure you get exactly what you want!

This will be one of our first conversations, so don’t fret! We’ll make sure we take your nightly hotel budget into account, as well as finding the perfect free or paid activities to make sure every moment is perfect!

This will be an ongoing conversation. After the initial $400, we will work closely together to review budget at each of the rounds of edits.
Based on previous trips planned, you can expect a final cost for a week group trip to be between $2500 - $4000 per person.
