This is our bread and butter - making incredibly perfect trips for you and yours that involves little to no effort on your part.
After a few conversations, we will be off to the races to create the most idyllic experience - specially catered to you.

First, we need to get in touch! The “Let’s Connect” button to the left will notify Newberry Travel that you are interested in planning a trip together.

Once you notify Newberry Travel, we will send you a Custom Trip Intake Form. Based on your answers, if we agree this is a great fit for Newberry Travel we’ll respond with a “heck yeah!” as well as an invoice. To start work it is a $400 deposit. This covers the itinerary build fee.

This price includes 3 rounds of edits, but we’re reasonable and want you to be so incredibly happy that we will make sure you get exactly what you want!

This will be one of our first conversations, so don’t fret! We’ll make sure we take your nightly hotel budget into account, as well as finding the perfect free or paid activities to make sure every moment is perfect!

The $400 fee includes hours of research and a detailed itinerary custom to you. This will include all notes and links for you to book everything that you would like to move forward with.
If you would like Newberry Travel to book activities and hotels for you, there will be an additional 20% service fee for each hotel or activity booked.
